Service Description

A Reformer group class up to 5 participants. Good for beginners who's interested in practicing how to activate cores, etc. This postnatal Pilates class is also perfect for women who have been cleared by their doctor to resume exercise. Healing takes time, but you can rebuild your strength, tone up, and feel amazing in your body after having a baby. What to expect: Pilates exercises help new moms: - rebuild core & pelvic floor strength - repair diastasis recti and/or C-section shelf - re-connect with your body and tone up your muscles *Check with your doctor before starting this or any exercise routine. Wait until you get clearance (usually 6 weeks or 6-8 weeks after a c-section). Don't do any movement that causes you pain, discomfort or doming of your stomach. You are responsible for your own safety. Listen to your body, breathe, and be patient as you re-connect with your body again.
