Reformer Group Class (Lv2-Experienced)

Service Description

A reformer group class with up to 5 participants. The experienced level class is a great option for both essential and intermediate level participants who already understand their basic settings on reformer and the safety instructions on how to use reformers. It still covers basic Pilates principles and at the same time contains more challenging exercises than the essential level class. The next level is intermediate level class.
