This Hatha yoga class focuses on full-body mobility and strengthening through steady, intentional movement and mindful breath. You’ll move at a controlled pace, holding poses long enough to build strength while gently improving joint range of motion. Expect a balanced practice that supports stability, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, making it suitable for all levels—choose the option that feels supportive for your body that day. Boutique group, maximum 5 participants.
